Pre-screening associates

CalyTeQ is building its associate bench ahead of first client engagements. This is the right moment to connect — before demand means we cannot onboard carefully.

Month 3–4 — Jul/Aug 2026

First associate deployment

First client engagements activate. Associates with signed NDAs and methodology briefings are ready to deploy. Utilisation trigger: 70–80% founder utilisation.

Month 6–9 — Late 2026

Associate network active

Multiple associates delivering across UK BFSI engagements. QBR cycle established. Monthly KPI dashboards. Retainer clients generating stable revenue share.

Year 2 — 2027

Nigeria activation

Lagos-based associate engages first Nigerian BFSI client. West Africa pipeline opens. USD-denominated engagements with Tier 1 Nigerian banks and fintechs.

Senior Performance Test Engineer

5+ years of performance testing in enterprise environments — payment systems, core banking, or regulated infrastructure
Proficiency in JMeter, Gatling, k6, LoadRunner, or equivalent tooling
Experience defining and validating NFRs in a BFSI context
Comfortable presenting performance findings to senior engineering and business stakeholders
AI-assisted load pattern analysis experience advantageous but not required
Able to operate independently on client-site engagements with minimal oversight

Strong background in Selenium, Robot Framework, Playwright, or Appium in enterprise environments
Proven experience designing automation frameworks from scratch — not maintaining existing ones
Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
Able to advise on strategy at Head of QA level, not just deliver technically
BFSI sector experience strongly preferred — payment systems, retail banking, or insurance platforms
Understanding of AI-assisted test generation tools advantageous

CalyTeQ is activating a West Africa market in 2027, targeting Tier 1 Nigerian banks, licensed fintechs, and regulated financial services organisations. We are building relationships with Lagos-based senior QA professionals now, ahead of that activation.

Senior QA practitioner based in Lagos with 7+ years of experience
Strong knowledge of the Nigerian BFSI sector — GTBank, Access Bank, Zenith, Tier 1 fintechs
Understanding of CBN regulatory requirements and local compliance landscape
Able to operate independently on client engagements with remote CalyTeQ oversight
English-fluent. Experience working with UK or international delivery standards advantageous.
