Is the discovery call free and without obligation?
Yes. The initial discovery call carries no commercial obligation. Its purpose is to understand the challenges you are facing and determine whether CalyTeQ is the right partner. If we are not the right fit, we will say so directly.
How quickly can an engagement begin?
Subject to scope and availability, most engagements can commence within two to four weeks of agreement. For urgent situations — such as an imminent major release requiring assurance — please indicate this in your enquiry and we will endeavour to accommodate an accelerated timeline.
Do you work with organisations outside the United Kingdom?
Yes. CalyTeQ delivers engagements across the United Kingdom and internationally. Our principal consultant has led quality engineering programmes across the UK, Germany, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands, and we are actively developing our practice in West Africa, particularly Nigeria.
What size of organisation does CalyTeQ typically work with?
Our engagements typically serve mid-to-large financial services organisations, enterprise technology teams, and high-growth fintechs where the consequences of software failure are material — operationally, commercially, or regulatorily. We do not operate in the small business or start-up market.
